1. Open a Boma Yangu account on the Citizen portal: www.bomayangu.go.ke as an individual.
2. When registering, select Nile Real Appraisers (EA) and Investment as your agency. This will enable you to access properties listed through us and sell them under our platform.
3. Once registered, you will be able to view available properties. Save 5% of the purchase price. And make an application to be allocated the house.
